Went to see the traditional waterpuppets show, all photos are however crap, except the one taken after the show. It was actually very funny.

This morning, very early, flight to Luang Prabang in the North of Laos, a UNESCO world heritage site (well deserved). I love it. Will stay here for 4 days and will tell you more later. Internet cafe closes now, so I have to stop. Still want to upload some of todays pictures. Well, actually only two of them made it finally on the site. I will need to sort out how to resize the very large pictures so that it does not take ages to upload them. On the picture you see one of the many wats = temples and some of the monk's clothes drying in the sun. I now also added a picture of my lunch that I had in one of the many street stalls (noodle soup with vegetables and beef) and Ms Sum preparing it. You also see cookies of sticky rice drying in the sun (on my walk through town, they were all over outside in the street..

The temple looks great! So what does a monk wear when he washes his clothes? Just curious? ;-)
